Return Policy

  • At Anhamaa, we do not accept returns. However, we offer easy exchanges to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

Exchange Policy

  • Items purchased during a sale or under any discount are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues and for the same product.
  • We offer reverse pickup service for most major cities and PIN codes across India.
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, customers will be required to ship the item back to us.
  • Plus-size garments (XXL and above) and items purchased during special offers are not eligible for exchange.
  • We follow a standard size chart and maintain a comfortable fit.
    Each product by Anhamaa includes an extra 2–3 inches margin for potential self-alterations.
    In case of a minor size issue, we encourage you to consider self-alteration for a quicker and more convenient resolution.
  • All exchanges for size issues are subject to a Rs. 100/- exchange fee.
  • We will waive the Rs 100 exchange fee if.

    1. You received the wrong item.
    2. The item received is damaged or defective.

    In such cases, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours (1 day) from the date of delivery.
  • Exchange is permitted only once per order. Multiple exchanges for the same product/order are not supported.
  • The exchange process may take 15–20 days, depending on your location.
    • We will only ship the replacement item after we have received and inspected the returned product.

Please Note:

  • Items returned in a damaged condition (worn, stained, or torn) will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Colour variation, fabric texture, or accessory detailing (like tassels or threads) will not be considered valid reasons for return/exchange.
    These variations may occur due to different screen resolutions, lighting, or photography, and are not treated as defects.

  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and assist you with the reverse pickup process.

Exchange Verification:

  • Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you.
  • The exchange item will only be dispatched after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Anhamaa reserves the right to approve or deny exchanges if the issue is found to be unrelated to sizing.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified after they are shipped.
