Easy 7-Day Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product doesn't fit as expected.
• The product isn't right for you.
• You received the wrong product.
• You received a damaged or defective product.

To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused and unwashed.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, alterations or any signs of wear.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality inspection, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return has been approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the amount to reflect in your account.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We've got you covered. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size isn't available, you can choose to:

• Wait for the next restock (where applicable).
• Exchange for another available size of the same product.
• Opt for a refund.

Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup across most serviceable PIN codes in India. If reverse pickup isn't available in your area, you'll need to courier the product to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your exchange or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Products purchased during sale, clearance or special promotional offers.
• Products that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without original tags or packaging.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

• Minor colour variations caused by photography, lighting or screen settings.
• Slight variations in fabric texture or print placement.
• Handmade details such as tassels, threads or embellishments.

Processing Time

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes our quality inspection:
